Scott Messel Community Development Director Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the application to amend the Pinion Hills subdivision plat on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Washington County Administration Building (Commission Chambers), located at 111 E Tabernacle, St. George, Utah 84770. The parcel under review is PHS-8-11-DVF. Approximately located at 90 N Doe Valley Cir, Dammeron Valley, UT 84783. The applicant is proposing to vacate a public easement and move it to a different location on the parcel. The applicant is David M. Yetsko. The public hearing will be held on October 13, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Washington County Commission Chambers of the Washington County Administration Building, located at 111 E. Tabernacle, St. George, Utah 84770. The meeting will also be available electronically via Zoom.
