- PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 117 South Main Street, Monticello, Utah, to consider the following properties: Property Owner/Address Conner Simmons 001300000010 160 South Terra Drive Moab Utah 84532 Brandon Daley - Ashbrand LLC 000620000410 64 East Mount Peale Drive Moab Utah 84532 Interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and provide comments regarding these applications. To ensure written comments are considered prior to the hearing, comments must be received no later than October 5, 2026. Written comments may be submitted by email to ccoleman@sanjuancountyut.gov and permits@sanjuancountyut.gov. Please send your comments to both email addresses to ensure proper receipt and processing. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your submission has been received.
