DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Moon Lake Water Users Association, P.O. Box 235, Roosevelt, UT 84066 General Notice: Moon Lake Water Users Association (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Yellowstone Feeder Canal Lining - Phase 1. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Jones & DeMille Engineering, located at 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt, UT 84066, until Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: canal channel improvements, installation of approximately 153,000 square feet of geocomposite canal liner with approximately 151,400 square feet of 3.5-inch thick cementitious cover, with alternatives of shotcrete or concrete material, along approximately 5,550 linear feet of canal. Bids will be received for single contract. Plans and specifications will be made available no later than September 23, 2026. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $2,200,000. The Project is expected to be completed by April 1, 2027, with a milestone of completing a portion of the work by December 15, 2026. Obtaining Bidding Documents: Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at Contractor Portal (https://contractors.jonesanddemille.com/). The designated website will be updated with addenda, plan holders list, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt, UT 84066. Only electronic copies of Bidding Documents will be issued. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
