Brigham City public comment is reserved for those who live in Brigham, pay taxes or own property in Brigham
or can vote in Brigham City. Each individual is limited to three minutes. Total input period is limited to 15
minutes.

for a budget amendment to the FY 2026-27 budget to reflect an increase in expenditures in the Capital
Projects Fund for new gym space - Derek Oyler
