1. Total Compensation - The board will discuss the plan and focus of the total compensation study related to public safety employees.
2. Full-time/Part-time Firefighter Discussion - The board will discuss the possibility of moving a part-time position to a full-time position to allow for adequate staffing in both Alpine and Highland stations.
