Invocation: Board Member Brent Rummler
1. TOTAL COMPENSATION
The board will discuss the plan and focus of the total compensation study related to public safety employees.
2. FULL-TIME/PART-TIME FIREFIGHTER DISCUSSION
The board will discuss the possibility of moving a part-time position to a full-time position to allow for adequate staffing in both Alpine and Highland stations.
