- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on September 22, 2026, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-09-21 which approved Section 17.5.136 titled Detached Accessory Dwelling Units. This authorizes and regulates detached accessory dwelling units in accordance with Utah Code Section 10-21-304.
