Description/Agenda: Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on September 22, 2026, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-09-22 which approved amendments to Chapter 12.12.030 titled Sidewalks and Frontage - Cleaning by Property Owner. This clarifies the owner or occupant of a property is responsible for maintaining the entire frontage of the property, including front, side, and rear yard.
