Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. in the Duchesne County Commission Chambers at 734 N Center St, Duchesne, UT 84021 on October 7th, 2026 to conduct a public hearing on a request by Andrew Oviatt for a conditional use permit to operate a short term rental Resort Lodge on Parcel #00-0006-7177, which is located in Section 13 of Township 2 South, Range 5 West.
