An ordinance amending Title 11 of the Clearfield City Code and the Downtown Form Based Code to establish Trailer Sales as a separate land use, remove Trailer Sales as a permitted use in the T-C Zone, and establish Trailer Sales conditional use in the M-1 Zone.

An ordinance amending Title 11 of the Clearfield City Code relating to residential development standards, minimum dwelling size, garage requirements, and parking standards; providing for compliance with Utah Code Section § 10-20-618; proving for severability; and providing an effective date.
CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2026O-17

An ordinance rezoning approximately 2.6 acres of the frontage of the property located at approximately 10000 East Antelope Drive (12-074-0033) from M-1 (Manufacturing) to C-2 (Commercial); and approximately 5 acres on the southern side of the subject property to R-3 (Residential) and amending the Clearfield City Zoning Map accordingly.
