- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of Castle Valley Special Service District will hold a special Board Meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2026, in the Castle Dale Building Commission Board Room at 20 South 100 East, Castle Dale, Utah, starting at 6:00pm. In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify Castle Valley Special Service District at 435-381-5333 at least 3 days prior to the meeting. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Public Hearing to be held at 6:00pm to receive public comment with respect to obtaining a Community Impact Board loan and grant in the amounts not to exceed $1,700,000 and $1,600,000 respectively, for the 2027 CVSSD Consolidated Capital Improvement Projects. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Obtaining a CIB loan and grant in the amounts not to exceed $1,700,000 and $1,600,000 respectively, for the 2027 CVSSD Capital Improvement Projects. 4.
