PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE UTAH COUNTY CAREER SERVICE COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE THIRD-FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM- SUITE 3800 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah September 24, 2026 - 5:30 P.M. (The order of this agenda is subject to change at the discretion of the Council.) AGENDA 1) APPROVE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES AND OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR APPEAL HEARINGS 2) CONDUCT PRE-HEARING MEETING FOR DIANA JOHNSON APPEAL 3) APPROVE AND SET A DATE, TIME AND LOCATION FOR A CLOSED MEETING TO DISCUSS THE CHARACTER, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE, OR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH OF AN INDIVIDUAL OR INDIVIDUALS FOR TODAY'S DATE, AT THIS LOCATION, AS NEEDED. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and service) during this meeting should notify the Utah County Human Resources at (801) 851-8158 at least one day prior to the meeting.
