Discussion and possible action to recommend approval for an ordinance amending the zoning map of and For the City of La Verkin to rezone from General Commercial (COMM) to Multi-Family Residential (R-3-6) parcel with the Tax ID# LV-159-A, Located at 740 N Main Street and SR-17. 2. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval for an ordinance amending the zoning map of and for the City of La Verkin to rezone from Retail Commercial (R-COMM) to Multi-Family Residential (R-3-6) parcel with the Tax ID # LV-159-A, Located at 740 N Main Street and SR-17. 3. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval for an ordinance amending the zoning map of and for the City of La Verkin to rezone from Low Density Residential (R-1- 14) to 1.97 acres General Commercial (COMM) parcel with the Tax ID # LV-49-A-1, Located between 300 S and 100 W. 4. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval of an ordinance amending the zoning map of and for the City of La Verkin to rezone from Low Density Residential (R-1-14) to 3.03 acres High Density Residential (HDR-11) parcel with the Tax ID # LV-49-A-2, Located between 300 S and 100 W. 5. Discussion and possible action to set a public hearing for October 28, 2026, regarding amending the sign ordinance. 6. Discussion regarding the General Plan. F.
