Description/Agenda
SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
WHAT IS BEING CONSIDERED
An ordinance that would amend Title 21A of the Salt Lake City Code pertaining to the Affordable Housing Incentives (AHI). Currently, the zoning code refers to the City's Consolidated Fee Schedule (CFS) for fines, but that document does not list fines. This proposal would remove reference to the CFS and add the associated fines directly to Chapter 21A.20 of the zoning code. The proposal applies to any property utilizing the City's Affordable Housing Incentives program.
