- The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold Public Hearing on October 6, 2026. This will be held during the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719. The public is invited to attend and give public input on the proposed Zone Change from R-2 to R-3 at 761 South Driftwood Lane and 732 South Highway 143 in Brian Head Town. Information regarding the proposed Zone Change is available for public inspection at the Brian Head Town offices during normal business hours M-F 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. by calling (435) 677-2029 or emailing gsant@bhtown.utah.gov. Written Comments may be submitted to the Deputy Town Clerk no later than 4:30 pm October 5, 2026, for the Planning Commission Meeting. The Office of the Deputy Town Clerk is located at 56 North Hwy. 143, Brian Head, Utah, 84719. The Deputy Town Clerk email is cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov.
