NOTICE OF COUNCIL SEAT VACANCY Notice is hereby given that Councilmember Michael Howard has issued a resignation letter declaring that he is resigning as of September 30, 2026. This councilmember seat vacancy will occur on the South Ogden City Council, At Large Seat, effective September 30, 2026. In accordance with Utah law, the South Ogden City Council will appoint a qualified individual to serve an interim term ending in January 2028.
