NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING Myton City Housing Authority ('MCHA') Board of Commissioners will hold its Board Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday September 22, 2026, at 125 East Main Street, Myton, Utah 84052. 1. Welcome by Chair Harding 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes/ Correction on December 2025 Minutes 4. Public Comment 5. Financial Update 6. Section 8 Voucher update 7. Background checks 8. HOTMA Compliance Sections 102 & 104 and updating the MCHA Administrative Plan 9. Implementation of the National Standards for Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) 10. Approval of Payment Standards at 100% of Fair Market Rents 11. Other 12. Adjourn Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Myton City Housing Authority at 435- 722-5002 prior to the meeting. Closed Session - The MCHA Board may consider a motion to enter into a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
