- Notice is hereby given that the Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the preliminary site plan request by Bill Leavitt, for the Rhodes Mine Common Commercial project with 9 commercial buildings located on parcel KT-559 at approximately 800 West SR 248. The meeting will be held at the Kamas City Hall, 170 N. Main, Kamas. Public comments are welcome and can be made in person or submitted via email to info@kamascityut.gov. The hearing will also be streamed live on the Kamas City YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfvdAe2TE8PKHFJcPRpMMzA.
