Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 12, 2026, at approx. 7:00 p.m., at Millcreek City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106, the Millcreek City Council will consider the following application: PV-26-001, vacation of a condominium plat named, 'Parkview B Medical Office Condo,' at approximately 1151 E 3900 S by applicant Chris Bick, representing St. Marks Hospital. The meeting will be live streamed via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the meeting should notify the ADA Coordinator at 801-214-2751, or adainfo@millcreekut.gov, two days prior to the meeting date.
