NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Coalville City Council Coalville City will hold a public hearing on September 28, 2026, at 6:00pm at the Coalville City Hall, 10 N Main, Coalville, UT 84017. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss a grant application to the Community Impact Board (CIB) for a comprehensive wastewater planning project. This project includes updating of the outdated Wastewater Master Plan, Impact Fee Facility Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis and to strategically address future expansions and upgrades to the city's wastewater system. Items for discussion include: - Funding Options: Potential sources and financial structures. - Project Scope: Comprehensive study and update of the city's Wastewater Masterplan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis. - Implementation Schedule: Timeline for the proposed work. - Impact on Residents: How these upgrades will affect local users. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and provide input.
