NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2026. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located in City Hall at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following:
1. Consideration of an ordinance to change the name of the public street currently known as Backlot Crossing be changed to Desert Fields Drive.
2. Consideration of an ordinance vacating a utilities and drainage easement located on Lot 1, Foothill Commons, according to the official plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Washington County Recorder as Document No. 20120001219, and as further described in Document No. 00768696.
3. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a public utility and drainage easement located on Lot 142, Meadow Valley Farms Phase 11, according to the official plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Washington County Recorder as Document No. 20180045195.
4. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a portion of the subdivision plat known as Vista Ridge Estates Phase II, according to the official plat thereof on file in the Office of the Washington County Recorder as Doc. No. 357652, said portion being the north 10 feet of Lot 69 within said subdivision plat.
