Mrs. Janeal Christian presents shout out to Director Kasidi Havens. Highlights: Module 3 of Love and Logic training, Kelso's Choices sharing what's going right in the classrooms. support from admin listening and providing help, addressing problems, communication with staff and parents, finding solutions, impressed with stepping up, thank you, creating culture that works.
People stepping up out of respect and taking initiative.

similar withdrawal numbers in K, majority attended first one or two weeks, many for homeschooling.

Overview
new sixth-grade teacher will begin Monday, September 21, continuing to recruit for a Title I math teacher and additional special education support
Ambassador Program has begun, not all who applied were accepted, make weekly goals to discuss with admin
education and discipline about body touching and inappropriate behaviors, collaboration with SEDC for trainings, internet and cellphone safety
SPED systemizing and finding solutions
Janitor Matt's responsibilities are being shifted to provide greater focus on IT and technology support, adding janitorial support to strengthen daily building operations
Grant applications pending outdoor classroom, meeting with Nate for better understanding nearing October 1.
compliance for teachers SEDC: APPEL Candidates
Mr. Glover continuing 9 months of movement
legislation passed K-3 no screen time at school, using iReady for support in testing, previously paid for with grant which has expired. school will pay for iReady to continue for testing, use for SPED qualifications
BOY testing completed, watching growth from BOY to MOY
outdoor classroom ground-breaking Sept 26
parent as SUU horticulturist to help and donate greenhouse space and plants
