Public Hearing-
Discuss the application to the Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB) for funding the proposed Independence Road Phase II West Area Road Improvements Project. This project would consist of reconstructing roughly 6.5 miles of road along 1500 East from 3000 South to 5000 South and along 3750 South, 4500 East, and 4000 South from 1500 East to 5500 East, generally located in the Independence area in Uintah County. The CIB funding application will be in the amount of $18,000,000.
