TIME & PLACE OF HEARING: The Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on this item on September 29, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT. All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comments regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at
planning@lindon.gov. During public hearings, the Planning Commission chair reserves the right to limit the time allowed for oral testimony. Anyone interested can view the meeting through a
