PARAGONAH PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SIMPLE LOT SUBDIVISION APPLICATION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Paragonah Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on September 30, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a SIMPLE LOT SUBDIVISION APPLICATION for property at 333 S. 550 E. Paragonah, Utah owned by Sherri & Victor Worth. Simple Subdivision of property into 2 lots of 2.156 and 2.295 acres. All members of the public are invited to attend this hearing. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact the Paragonah Town Clerk (435) 477-8979, no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing.
