A public meeting will be held on the following matters: - An application for a Conditional Use Permit to add a detached on-premises Electronic Message Center at 3880 South 700 East (Zions Bank). The applicant is Hightech Signs. - A petition to the Planning Commission for a Conditional Use Permit for a Category II Home Occupation, for an in-home child care business, located at 287 E Cordelia Ave. The applicant is Delta Stubbs. A public hearing will be held on the following matter: - A Petition to the South Salt Lake Planning Commission to Forward a Positive Recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council to Establish Regulations for Body Art Establishments, Add Definitions for Body Art and Body Art Establishments, and Update the Land Use Matrix.
