Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF LOGIC AND ACCURACY TESTING In accordance with Utah Code § 20A-4-104(1), the Utah County Clerk will conduct a logic and accuracy test of automatic tabulating equipment prior to the General Election to be held on November 3rd, 2026, for Utah County's federal, state, and county races. The logic and accuracy test is open to the public and will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time at the following location: Utah County Administration Building Ballot Processing Center 100 E Center Street, Room LL700 Provo, UT 84606
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Utah County Clerk's Office at 801-851-8683.Handicap parking is available, as well as a level entrance to the building. Interpretation services are available with prior notice for the hearing disabled.
