Ballot Question
Public Notice is hereby given that the following question will appear on the November 3, 2026, ballot for Summit County voters within the defined area of West Hills:
Shall the area described as West Hills be
incorporated as the town of West Hills?
The Petition for Incorporation included the following documents:
The Petition for Incorporation
Signatures from registered voters and private landowners in the
proposed area
A land area and valuation analysis
A survey with a description of the proposed area
An illustration of the proposed incorporation

The area proposed for Incorporation is described by the area highlighted below (see Boundary key below): SEE ATTACHMENT
To qualify to vote on this ballot question, an individual must be a citizen of the United States, at least 18 years old on or before November 3, 2026, a resident of Utah for at least 30 calendar days immediately prior to the election, and a registered voter currently residing within the defined boundaries of the proposed Town of West Hills.
Election Information:
Ballots mailed October 13, 2026.
Ballots may be returned by mail or placed in a Ballot Drop Box. All ballots must be received by the Clerk's Office or placed in a Ballot Drop Box by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 3, 2026.
