5. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting.

7. Action Items
a. Public Hearing to take citizen input on the possible revocation of approval. The 'Aria' MXD project may not have met the required provisions of HPC 12.27 Mixed-Use Zone Ordinance) and it is proposed by the Land Use Authority that the approval be revoked. Parcel 04-283-9001 and all parcels within the Aria subdivision. Location of the Project: Approximately 210 S. Wolf Pack Way, Hyde Park. Following the public hearing, the City Council may consider Resolution 2026-22 authorizing the revocation of approval.
b. Consider a Plat Amendment for Lone Cedar Phase 2 to accommodate for placement of Utility Line Location, and to provide sufficient easement.
c. Consider a Plat Amendment Cedar Bluffs (Allred) to combine two lots to build one residential home.
d. Consider a Plat Amendment Lone Cedar (McKay) to combine two lots to build one residential home.
e. Consider a Preliminary Plat for Snackco. Commercial Subdivision, Parcel 04-030-0009
f. Consider applicants for a midterm election to serve the remainder of Council member Atkinson's term ending January 1, 2028.
g. Oath of Office Presentation for new City Council member
