1. Ordinance: Budget Amendment No.1 for Fiscal Year 2026-27 Follow-Up 2:00pm, 30 min.
The Council will receive a follow-up briefing about Budget Amendment No.1 for the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Budget. Budget amendments happen several times each year to reflect adjustments to the City's budgets, including proposed project additions and modifications. The proposed amendment includes $11.5 million in grant funding for Fleet Block and 9 Line improvements, $1 million for grant matching funds for a pump track, adaptive pump track, and skate park at Glendale Park, and a $700,000 funds transfer for the Old Library Building Project, among other items.

2. Informational: Liberty Park Cultural Landscape Report and Vision Plan 2:30pm, 30 min.
The Council will receive a briefing on the draft Vision Plan for Liberty Park, which would guide the management and improvement of the historic park over the next 10 years. The plan is based in part on a Cultural Landscape Report, which, along with extensive public engagement, is the basis for recommendations to guide the park's long-term care and stewardship.

The Council will receive a briefing from the Community and Neighborhoods (CAN) Department on the three-year Youth and Family Division strategic plan. The briefing will focus on the four strategic priorities in the plan: strengthening Youth & Family internal systems, promoting pathways to opportunity in priority neighborhoods,
expanding Youth and Family's role Citywide as a convener and mobilizing resources. It will also include measures to track the Division's progress on these priorities.

13. Report and Announcements from the Executive Director
Report of the Executive Director, including a review of Council information items and announcements. The Council may give feedback or staff direction on any item related to City Council business, including but not limited to scheduling items.
14. Tentative Closed Session
The Council will consider a motion to enter into closed meeting. A closed meeting described under Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Section §52-4-205 may be held for specific purposes including, but not limited to discussing:
a. discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
