Description/Agenda: Notice of Ballot Proposition Voter Information Pamphlet In accordance with Utah Code 20A-7-402(2)(c)(i)(B), Perry City hereby notices that the following ballot proposition has been placed on the November 3, 2026, General Election Ballot: Shall Perry City, Utah, be authorized to repeal the 0.30% option sales and use tax authorized under Utah Code 59-12-2213 (also known as the First Quarter Tax) for public transit? An eligible voter may file a written argument in support or opposition to the above ballot proposition (for a Voter Information Pamphlet) with the Perry City Recorder, acting as the election officer, located at 1950 S Highway 89 Ste. A, Perry, UT 84302, no later than 5:00 PM on October 2, 2026. This Notice is provided as a courtesy as this proposition is proposed by the City and not by the public as a referendum or initiative.
