PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - September 8, 2026.
PUBLIC MEETING
1. Martini & Co Customs - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Juan Martini, is requesting a conditional use permit to allow for a Paint and Body Shop business. The property is located at 3111 North 750 East, Suites 3 and 4.
2. Fernwood Estates - 1st Amendment - PLAT AMENDMENT
The applicant, Michael Wareham, is requesting plat amendment approval to combine Lots 1 and 2 of the Fernwood Estates Subdivision. The property is located at 3260 East Fernwood Drive.
PUBLIC HEARING
3. RCB Designs - REZONE
The applicant, Chase Bingham, is requesting a rezone of 1.57 acres from CP-2 (Planned Community Commercial) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing/Industrial). The property is located at 181 West and 215 West 2675 North.
