- Monroe Trails Committee Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 4:15 pm NOTICE AND AGENDA Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Monroe Trails Committee of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular committee meeting on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 4:15 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.) 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Committee Chairperson 2. Roll Call 3. Approve 2026-8-27 Meeting Minutes 4. Public Input 5. Business a. Budget Discussion 1. Focus on items remaining, such as: hand crew labor on Joe Town Hill Trail, bridges and restroom for Foothill Trail, and Nature Park. 2. Proposed restroom design possible way to reduce cost if county will approve design. b. Grant Extension 1. Contract expires Sept 30th 2026 2. All expenses to be reimbursed must be dated prior to Sept 30th 3. Final progress report and reimbursement request due Nov 30th c. Proposed Easement for Lot 5-27-2 1. Now that trail location on lot is known, owner's request is to include entry/exit points and midpoints along the trail. 6. ADJOURNMENT Posted this 17th day of September 2026.
