- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of September 15, 2026, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: 26-41 (09-15-26) Adopting an amendment to the official zoning map and approving a Development Agreement for the Andover Property. 26-42 (09-15-26) Adopting an Amendments to Title 19 of City of Saratoga Springs Land Development Code for Accessory Dwelling Units. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during business hours. This notice has been posted on: The Utah Public Notice Website, The City of Saratoga Springs Website, and The City of Saratoga Springs administration building notice board.
