- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City will hold an Interactive Open House on Thursday, September 24, 2026, starting at 5:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The purpose of the Interactive Open House is to consider and receive public input on the updating the Hooper City General Plan. All interested parties are invited to attend.
