RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): a. 'Land Use Ordinances Amendment,' Riverton City is proposing minor edits and text removal for consistency with Utah State Codes to the following Riverton City Code, Title 18 Land Use and Development Sections; 18.215.030(3) & 18.135.080 Commercial Landscape Guidelines, 18.05 Definitions regarding 'Master' and 'General' Plans, 18.135.040 Residential Building Size and Exterior Materials, 18.10.010 Zoning Districts, 18.195.010 M-2 Zone, This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 4:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the City Council. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3149.

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
