- NOTICE OF SUMMARY STATEMENT ORDINANCE: 26-04 This notice serves as a statement that on September 15, 2026, the Washington Terrace City Council passed Ordinance 26-04, which repeals and re-enacts section 17.48.030 of the Municipal Code to comply with an unfunded state mandate relating to certain Accessory Dwelling Units.
