Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the West Bountiful Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, to discuss a proposed Annexation Policy Plan. The purpose of this meeting is to allow affected entities to examine the proposed Annexation Policy Plan and provide comments on the proposed plan in accordance with Utah Code § 10-2-803(4). Following the meeting, affected entities may submit written comments for 10 days. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting. Additional information regarding the proposed Annexation Policy Plan will be available on wbcityut.gov prior to the meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): According to the American's with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should contact Remington Whiting, City Recorder, at 801-292-4486
