DAVIS COUNTY 2025-2026 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND
EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) 30 DAY COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC
HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Davis County is opening a thirty (30) day comment period and will
also have a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 in Room 303, Commission Chambers,
Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, before the Davis County Commission
to accept public comments on the PY25 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
(CAPER).
The CAPER is a reporting document to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on
the progress made on the Program Year 2025 Annual Action Plan. The 2025 CAPER reports on Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership program projects that occurred in
the 2025 program year.
From September 16, 2026 until October 20, 2026 a draft PY25 CAPER will be available for public
review and comment at the Davis County Community & Economic Development Office, 61 S Main Street,
Suite 304, Farmington, Utah and online at the Davis County website.

Se notifica que el Condado de Davis está abriendo un período de comentarios de treinta (30) días y también llevará a cabo una audiencia pública el martes 13 de octubre de 2026 en la Sala 303, Salón de la Comisión, Edificio de Administración, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, ante la Comisión del Condado de Davis para recibir comentarios del público sobre el Informe Anual Consolidado de Desempeño y Evaluación del PY25 (CAPER, por sus siglas en inglés).
El CAPER es un documento de informes al Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de los EE. UU. (HUD) sobre el progreso realizado en el Plan de Acción Anual del Año del Programa 2025. El CAPER 2025 informa sobre los proyectos del Programa de Subvenciones en Bloques para el Desarrollo Comunitario (CDBG) y del programa de Asociación de Inversiones en Vivienda (HOME) que se llevaron a cabo en el año del programa 2025.
