POND #8 EXPANSION - EVANS LANE
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Pond #8 Expansion - Evans Lane will be received by Thursday,
October 1, 2026 at 1:00 PM through the Utah Procurement Place website. If you wish to be invited to a
Zoom meeting where the bids will be read you may email to aolney@halengineers.com.
The Project consists of the construction of the expansion of an existing concrete lined irrigation pond.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with
additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the Utah Procurement Place website. Bid documents may be downloaded at this web site: https://utah.bonfirehub.com/projects Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
Pre-bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 3:00
PM. The meeting location is the Saratoga Springs Public Works located at 213 N 900 E, Saratoga Springs,
UT 84045. A site visit to the project site will follow the pre-bid conference. Bids will not be accepted
from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and project site visit.
Questions
Questions may be submitted through the web site. All questions shall be submitted through the Utah
Procurement Place website by Monday, September 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
