A. West Point Dairy Products, Receiving and Warehouse Expansion - To request site plan approval from the City Council for receiving and warehouse expansion located at 570 North 500 West.
10. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES
A. Resolution 26-26 - A resolution amending the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual for Hyrum City Corporation to require only on call city employees to live within 15 miles of Hyrum City Offices.
B. Resolution 26-27 - A resolution amending and clarifying the Hyrum City Water Rights per acre foot of water fee in lieu of dedication at $7,000 per acre foot for all property annexed into Hyrum City after July 17, 2003.
C. Ordinance 26-17 - An ordinance amending the zoning map of Hyrum City, Utah by rezoning property from Residential Agricultural Zone RA to Residential Zone R-2 located on property parcels #01-007-0011 and #01-007-0012 at approximately 400 east 300 north.
D. Ordinance 26-18 - An ordinance amending Section 13.16.235 Distribution System Extensions outside City Limits of Chapter 13.16 of Title 13 of the Hyrum City Municipal Code to set forth regulations, requirements, and approval process for electrical extensions or connections outside city limits.
E. Ordinance 26-19 - An ordinance amending Title 17 (the Zoning Ordinance) and Title 16 (the Subdivision Ordinance) of the Hyrum City Municipal Code as follows: Repeal Chapter 17.60 Planned Unit Development; Amend Section 17.04.070 Definitions to remove Planned Unit Development and amend Inner block development definition; Amend Section 17.28.005 Purpose to remove Planned Unit Development; Amend Section 17.28.010 Use Regulations to remove Planned Unit Development as a Permitted Use; Amend Section 17.30.010 Use Regulations to remove Planned Unit Development as a Permitted Use; Amend Section 16.04.010 Definitions to remove Planned Unit Development; Amend Section 16.06.030.B. Exemptions to remove Planned Unit Development; and Amend Section 16.10.010 Concept Plan to remove Planned Unit Development.
F. Ordinance 26-20 - An ordinance amending Title 17 Zoning of the Hyrum City Municipal Code, to repeal Chapter 17.48 Light Manufacturing M-1 and repeal Chapter 17.49 Manufacturing M-2; and create Chapter 17.48 Manufacturing Zones M-1 and M-2; and amending Section 17.04.070 Definitions to amend and include manufacturing activities definitions.
