AMENDED NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a regular council meeting on Wednesday September 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony CL 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing; a. The City Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the Final 2026/2027 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund. 9. City Council - Discuss options for speed limit designation along 1600 South from Highway 89/91 to 320 East 1600 South in Wellsville. 10. Mayor Chad Lindley - Discuss a Resolution for the Watershed Work Plan Agreement for the Pressurized Water System in Wellsville City. 11. Department reports 12. City Manager/Recorders report
