A G E N D A OPENING CEREMONY Invocation or uplifting thought Pledge of Allegiance STANDING BUSINESS Approval of the Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting held September 2, 2026 PUBLIC BUSINESS Recognition of Vernal City by Just Serve - Sylvia Henderson POLICY AND LEGISLATION Consider the approval of Ordinance 2026-26 Vacating Lot 12 of the Robbinwood Acres Subdivision - Braeden Christofferson Consider approval of award of project for 500 S. mill & overlay - Keith Despain Consider the approval of the declaration of vehicle surplus - Shawn Rasmussen Consider the approval of the appointment and agreement for the Vernal City Attorney - Quinn Bennion Consider the approval of Resolution 2026-09 Adopting a Distracted Driving Policy in the Vernal City Personnel Manual - Sara Bell Discussion regarding the Hotel Vernal Haunt lease - Mayor Corey Foley STAFF REPORTS CLOSED SESSION By motion of the Vernal City Council, pursuant to Utah State Code Title 52, Chapter 4, sections 204 and 205, the City Council may vote to hold a closed session for any of the purposes identified in that chapter.
