PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Special Public Meeting of the Emigration Canyon Planning Commission scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. is CANCELLED.
The sole business item set for this meeting was agenda item OAM2026-001673 (continued from August 13, 2026) - the proposed Conservation Development Agreement submitted by applicant Ryan Leick, which would have governed the use of approximately 40 acres located at 1475 N Pinecrest Canyon Road in Emigration Canyon.
The Conservation Development Agreement is no longer under consideration by the City. Accordingly, there is no action for the Planning Commission regarding the Development Agreement and the meeting is cancelled.
The Planning Commission's next regularly scheduled meeting date is October 8, 2026.
