4. Action Items
a) Request to approve the First Amendment to Agreement for Legal Services as presented.
This Amendment to Agreement for Legal Services is made and entered into by and between Weber Human Services (WHS) and Wilson Law, PLLC (Attorney) and amends that certain Agreement for Legal Services dated May 15, 2026. Whereas Matt Wilson has separated from FW law and now is the sole owner of Wilson Law, PLLC and has assumed all rights and obligations under the Agreement; and whereas the parties desire to amend the Agreement to reflect the separation and substation of Wilson Law, PLLC as the attorney, with no other substantive changes.
b) Request to approve the MATCH Advanced Trainings, as presented.
All trainings include didactic training materials (slides, handouts, and additional clinical resources) and emphasize active learning through demonstrations, roleplays, and opportunities for clinicians to discuss specific case questions. Trainings are one day in length unless otherwise noted.
c) Request to extend or replace Julie Southwick as a Board member.
