Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Intent to Sale City-Owned Property The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Riverton City Municipal Building, located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah, regarding the sale of City-owned remnant properties located at 2646 West 13400 South and 13400 South Trestle Lane, Riverton, Utah, identified by the Salt Lake County Recorder's Office as Tax ID No. 27-33-476-044-0000 and 27-33-476-045-0000 respectively. Said Properties are adjacent and together constitute 0.13 acres of land.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
