Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing followed by its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, or virtually via Zoom. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs.) Please check the Woodland Hills City Website at www.woodlandhills-ut.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. Public Hearing 1. Proposed Amendments to Woodland Hills City Code Titles 10-2-1, 11-4-3, 11-4-4, and 11-5-3 Agenda 2. Call to Order- Chairman Wayne Frandsen 3. Invocation- By Invitation 4. Pledge- By Invitation 5. Public Comment- Comments are limited to two minutes or less. Only in-person comments will be included as part of the official record. Business and Discussion 6. Approval of the minutes of the August 19, 2026, Planning Commission meeting. 7. Discussion and voting on proposed amendments to Woodland Hills City Code Titles 10-2-1, 11-4-3,11-4-4, and 11-5-3. 8. Discussion and decision to forward a recommendation to the City Council regarding a zoning change for 125 East Mountain Vale 9. Discussion on the Mountain Villa Overlay Zone (City Code 10.10B). 10. Discussion on the design of the roundabout. 11. Update on the mailbox facility. 12. Update on the General Plan. 13. Miscellaneous-No action will be taken on issues raised in this section.
