PUBLIC COMMENT
Members of the public may address the City Council regarding matters within the jurisdiction of Ephraim City or items appearing on the current agenda. Individuals wishing to speak should submit a public comment form to the Mayor prior to the public comment period. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.
The Council may not take final action on matters raised during public comment that are not listed on the agenda but may briefly respond, request clarification, refer the matter to City staff, or request that the matter be placed on a future agenda.
