NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Parowan City Council Chambers located at 35 E 100 North, Parowan, Utah. The purpose of this road vacation is to align the platted roadway with the actual road that has historically served the area. Vacating the unused portion of platted Main Street (South) will allow property boundaries to be adjusted and the existing roadway to be formally dedicated in its proper location, providing legal access and allowing the adjacent properties to be appropriately developed.
