- NOTICE OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara City Council at its meeting of September 9, 2026, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 2026-17 - An Ordinance approval to update City Code 17.28.180 Rock Cut Slopes. 2. Ordinance No. 2026-18 - An Ordinance to approve Rezone and Project Plan for Big Rock Subdivision, Lots 1, 2 and 3at 4405 West 1700 North. Rezone from Open Space OS Zone to Planned Development Commercial PDC Zone. Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinance may be seen at the office of the Santa Clara City Recorder, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. Posted 9/14/26
